"I wanted to make winter pictures without them necessarily being just Christmas pictures. The background can be interpreted as wind or northern lights and on the cards you can find Icelandic animals; a fox, a reindeer and a ptarmigan and then the beautiful polar bear that sometimes accidentally finds its way to Iceland."
