"I'm Sarkany. I choose to go by an artist name because I want people to judge my art based on it rather than me as a person in the real world. I study at the Art School in Reykjavík and I also took some drawing courses when I was younger. My main inspiration is existence. My existence and the people around me, their history and experience. I mainly share my art through paintings and drawings, but I also make jewelery, recycle clothes, etc. "
